Bishop Guillermo Ahumada is appointed new president of the I.M.F.C.

In June 2023, Bishop Guillermo Ahumada (Chaplain) took the reins of the International Multi-Faith Coalition (IMFC) as its new president. This coalition was inspired in 2019 by Dr. Reverend Cecil "Chip" Murray, who founded it in response to increasing violence against houses of faith in the United States.

IMFC is an organization that seeks to promote dialogue, understanding and cooperation between different religions and communities around the world. Its mission is to foster peace, justice and harmony, while promoting respect for human rights and dignity.Bishop Ahumada, who has been involved with the IMFC since its inception, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the role of president. He has worked tirelessly to promote interfaith dialogue and understanding throughout his career, and his leadership will certainly be an asset to the IMFC.The IMFC has come a long way since its founding, and has made significant progress in promoting interfaith dialogue and cooperation.
